Hi wondering if there is a cure or treatment?
This.. I looked up symptoms of the chiari, and they match me perfectly. I was born with spina bifida and I had a tethered cord. Did you have surgery?

I get these symptoms usually during the winter months. Is there any significance in that? Maybe hot vs cold and dry vs humid?
I have an issue when i lay down and prop my head up i get the head pressure feeling heart beat pounding in head doing more investigation on my own with other things that go on i came across this..
(It turns out the combo of stretching and tipping the head back starves the brain of oxygen. The stretch lengthens the blood vessels causing a blood pressure drop, whilst it also creates demand for oxygen in the tensing muscles, and finally the head tip constricts an artery in the neck which cuts off the blood to the brain.) so i wonder if this is basically what happens when we all lay down and prop or heads up.. sounds plausible how out helps ease any anxiety anyone has about there situation ill be asking my doctor at my nxt visit to see if he can shed some light on this as well .

I’m a 13 year old female and the same happens to me. When I was younger I’d feel a slight pain in my stomach now that’s gone away and I get headaches. I wish I could find out what it is.
Anything having to do with spine, see a Gonstead Wellness Specialist. They are specially trained chiropractors that also focus on wellness and go through medical training. They X-ray your whole body and show you all the issues with your spine as well as other tests to get to the root of the problem. I have been diagnosed with severe fibromyalgia and have been turned away from the pain specialist after trying everything with no results. I have severe migraines and the same issues when lying down. I also was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and was prepared to have surgery on both hands when my chiropractor begged me to wait. After several adjustments and therapy my hands went back to normal and other symptoms started to alleviate. I had gotten an MRI of my neck and head prior to going to the chiropractor and the neurologist said there was nothing showing that would cause my headaches. The chiropractor looked at the MRI results and showed me on my X-ray exactly what the results said. My neck is curved 123° backwards from whiplash and in medical terms that's what it said. He explained that the drs are not trained in the spine the same way a chiropractor is so they are not looking for such deviations. Anyway after going to my Gonstead chiropractor, I can tell when my spine is out because my symptoms start to return. Don't think because you have exhausted all your options with drs and they say there isn't a problem, that someone can't find the truth to your symptoms. Good luck.

I just wanted to say that I have similar symptoms and it was brought to me attention that I should get tested for Mitochondrial Disease.
It's a tumor* I have these all the time even day when I try to attempt to lay on my stomach. Mines is a pituitary tumor in seeing an encronologist and neurosurgeon at the moment. I hope you find out soon. I hope to has m take medications.
I'm sorry maybe it's a tumor mines is all those symptoms and I feel the same way. I didn't find out until I had a seizure then got CT scans completed.
26 year old female here, I've been dealing with this for several months now. Laying down on stomach with head propped up = pulsing black vision, pulsatile tinnitus (whooshing in ears), dizziness, blurry/fading vision, lots of pressure in head and neck, and feeling like I'm going to pass out. I have been diagnosed with POTS but I'm not sure what is causing that either
