Hey guys. I know how hard maintaining ideal weight can be and how calorie intake can either help or obstruct weight management. I'd like to share few tricks that helped me. I'm using more protein for my breakfast. I eat less cheese, for example in pizza and pasta. Using strong spices and herbs to kick up the flavor of foods, especially cayenne pepper, mustard, cinnamon, ginger, fresh basil, etc. I also make smoothies using yogurt with fruit and nuts instead of ice cream. I don't eat snacks between meals (I needed iron will for this). How about you? Do you have your own tricks you'd like to share?
