That's where for me: right elbow and right side abdomen. A doctor once guessed that these 2 spots are near each other schematically, as if looking at a drawing of a body at rest. And that the brain uses a similar layout. So that an impulse in a part of the brain could have this effect. (???). I don't know... I've been getting 2-3-4 of these a year for decades.

I have this same issue; I never know when it is going to hit, but it is annoying to say the least. My doctor said it is stress related. Do any of you have feelings of stress (that you notice) before this happens?

Just started with me.... Simultaneous sharp pain in lower left abdomen and pain on top of the left wrist. Only there for a few seconds then it's gone. Could be minutes to hours before it occurs again.

Just got back from a cruise to the Bahamas... hoping they are not related.

This has happened to me 4 times this morning, hence like you I googled the symptoms and came to these posts. Have you had any explanation? I am retaining fluid at the moment which I assume accounts for the lower pain but why does it link to my right armpit?

I have been having lower left groin and mid left arm sharp pain hit me at same time. It only lasts a couple of seconds and then goes away. This has been happening more often the last week. It lasted all night yesterday it comes in waves. A nurse told me when I was vaccinated for covid they may have hit a nerve.

Your body is connected in many ways. This is why acupuncture works. Some nerves are connected. For ex, your feet has tens of spots that connect to your liver, gallblader, heart etc. Some areas in your neck under the chin is connected to your pointer finger. When you get a sharp Jolt in both areas, its because the nerve that connects the two is overactive, or is being repaired. It can also happen randomly because that nerve is missing key nutrients like potassium. Your body works wonders, and everything is connected. Thats why when we eat fast food, your body suffers.. Let your food be thy medicine.

I've had a similar pain that will occur in my left arm and upper left abdomen, just below the rib cage- it'll come seemingly out of nowhere and be gone just as suddenly. Doesn't seem to be a heart problem (that was my first concern). The only possible nerve root problem I can think of would be around C5, the root for both the median and phrenic nerves, which go down the arm and to the diaphragm, respectively. That doesn't seem likely given how intermittent this pain is and the lack of other nerve-type symptoms. Has anyone considered a food allergy?

Yes, it likely Gluten (coeliac), unfortunately, I am experiencing this now because I am waiting for the biopsy and they ask you to eat gluten (covid delays
