I have had similar dizziness and numbness. Coffee causes a lot of issues so make sure you stop drinking it and also high saturated fatty foods. Also make time for exercise no matter how busy you are. Try not to stress, over exert your body working out or other. If you have acid reflux this can contribute, take Prevacid works very well and exclude Coffee completely. This should remove these symtoms for most of you. Worked for me after 3 years of suffering

Stop drinking tea and coffee or any other drink poisoned with caffeine and you will find you have nerves of steel during any crisis that life throws at you.

Hi, I've been having the same thing for many years: left arm and shoulder pain, and the left side of my face is numb... I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Proplapse w/ regurgitation about 6 years ago and blood work showed low potassium and electrolytes. Now when it happens I drink gatoraid, eat a bannana, and take a potassium supplement and it is usually gone within an hour.

Hi. I had a similar problem with the mucus, I generally suffer with sinus problems so didn't think much about it. Had several anti biotics and made no difference. I noticed a pattern and figured out it was bananas that caused it. As soon as I removed them from my diet it went away! If you're still suffering try a four day rotation diet ie don't eat the same thing within four days.

Might be a bulging/injured disc in the neck, maybe?

I think some of you may have T4 syndrome. I have this, and it's treatable. It's essentially stiffness in the upper part of the spine and neck, but it can affect the sympathetic nervous system to create symptoms in the chest that seem a bit like a panic attack and also a diffuse pain or odd feeling - down one or both arms, something like stitch in the side also numbness and odd feelings in the side of the neck and the face, and sometimes a feeling like a cap of tingling on top of the head. It seems to be fairly well known by Physios, but Doctors don't know about it, and may diagnose anxiety (as happened to me).

My problem seemed to start as a result of stiffness following a wrenched shoulder and then working for a long session with my arms above shoulder height and my head back, both typical start offs for this.

I strongly suggest you check your gallbladder. The pain of gallbladder stones (even small ones) can be terrible. Because of its location next to several nerves it can easily radiate pain from your head to your toes.  At least pay attention and try to notice if the pain starts o gets worse after: heavy meals, fatty snacks, weight lifting, running or dancing. Please consider this advice, it could turn out to be something this common and often misdiagnosed.

I apologize, but I simply must as mispellings drive me crazy. The correct spelling is Adderall. However, I will say that you not only spell, but also articulate beautifully compared to most people who slaughter every word in a post. I, myself, prefer to know when I mispell or mispronouce words because I believe it detracts from a person's perceived intelligence as so many people allow it to determine their entire subsequent opinion of everything you say or do. Which is generally a good indicator of some negative trait (i.e. arrogance, ignorance, criticism) on their part, but nonethless... First impressions and what not; they happen regardless of how fair and sometimes we're at their whim (e.g. a job interview, a speeding ticket, or more importantly getting a DOCTOR to listen to us). Thus, it's my pathological compulsion (I won't even attempt to spell or pronunciation a word until I know it's correct, right down to ordering at a restaurant, lol) to point these out when I notice them.
[On side note my first impression of you, regardless of a very good attempt at spelling Adderall, was that you are rather intelligent which is refreshing to say the least when 75% of the population sits below 'above average' while 95% believe or will tell you they are geniuses. Guys Einstein had a 157 IQ and only 12% of the entire world is above a 130IQ. If you've ever truly had your IQ tested and ranked high you would understand these percentiles and not run around telling people you're a 150, lol. ;\]

Did this cause an arrhythmia of any sort (i.e. prolonged qt interval) on your Ecg? Episodic tachycardia? Can you explain further, the regurgitation? Thanks.

I have Long QT also known as Sudden Acute Death/SAD (arrhythmia that causes tachycardia due to delayed repolarization times or for you that means an electrical problem that causing racing due to a short circuit or like pistons firing in a car). I drink decaf in the morning and water the rest of the day. I have well-adjusted attitude with a positive outlook, chipper glass half-full optimistic attitude, great problem-solving ability, very opportunistic, love a challenge and thrive under stress. I handle most things extremely well (including my potentially fatal diagnosis which I overcame due to persistance, vigilance, determination, and awareness and now I'm no longer at risk for the 'instant death' or even a heart attack for that matter. I have never experienced anxiety. Yet due to my condition and the beta blockers I have nerve pain, racing heart, muscle twitching, nervousness, and the like. A host of other central nervous system problems cause symptoms to that of large amounts of caffeine consumption and not everyone is affected in the same way or by the same amount of caffeine as everyone's body is different. Take for example Attention Deficit with the presence of hyperactivity... "Caffeine" can actually calm them. Or the other hand, as you age you become more sensitive to caffeine as the central nervous system deteriotes which is why 'Grandma' drinks 'half the caff' in the morning and middle age people don't drink it late at night. But when your in college you can down 12 cups while cramming all night without effect, subsequently waking up in the morning with your face glued with your drool as if some kind of adhesive to your text (not that you can relate to this). Someone with MS isn't going to "have nerves of steel" just because they "don't drink caffeine." So please take your ignorance somewhere where it's more appreciated (perhaps Youtube or Myspace would be more appropriate) because clearly you haven't the faintest what it is to be plagued by these conditions.
