I'm 23, and I've had tightness of my foreskin, and the white discharge (although no discharge in a while) for about 2 1/2 years. I was given a cream by the doctor, which only worked momentarily (on the two occasions I've recieved it. The second time working more than the first). I'm scared as fck about having circumsision, has anybody found another "cure" for this?Personally, I'm sick of the fact I'm scared of having sex, because my girlfriend might think that I sleep around and carry STDs..... :
sir i am having penile infection
I'am Female, I don't have a penis but I would think the smartest thing to do is to go to the doctor. I sure would not want to sleep with a guy that is not smart enough to seek professional help for something that could be so serious.

You may have balanitis, which is an infection of the head of the penis. This can be caused by a fungal overgrowth (yeast infection), a sensitivity to a product you are using on your skin, an STD, or a bacterial infection. Your doctor can most likely determine the precise cause with a simple lab test, and these conditions are generally treated easily with over-the-counter or prescription medications. Make sure to wash your penis carefully and clean away any smegma from under the foreskin if you are uncircumcised. Applying a penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that is enriched with penis-friendly nutrients can help to keep the penile skin healthy, supple, and resistant to further infection.
Rinse it with water.
Hey guys you can try Zocon 150 one pil for a week and have this for four weeks and t-bate ointment. B'lieve me it will go..this type of infection happens mostly during the rainy season. Nithing to worry all will go well.
The white substance under the foreskin could be smegma, but if there seems to be a large amount of it that keeps coming back, or if you have itching or burning along with it, then you could have a yeast infection or balanitis. To get rid of a yeast infection, you will need an antifungal cream. You can get these over the counter, but it’s always a good idea to check with a doctor first. Hydrocortisone can help reduce the itching/burning, but a cortisone cream can also damage the skin if used over a long period of time. You might want to try a penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that contains vitamin A (a natural antibacterial) and a moisturizer like Shea butter – this can help soothe itchy skin and reduce your chances of re-infection.
