I am a 54 year old female. My partner and I don't see each other so often due to distance. I had slight bleeding during intercourse, initial penetration felt a little painful, then settled, no abdominal pain, but slight discomfort around the vaginal opening. I haven't had a period for almost 2 years. Any need to visit my GP, or should I wait and see what happens next time.
well it's an unfortunate fact of life, as women get older they tend to produce less vaginal lubrication. invest in some lubricant and i think that should solve or alleviate your problem.
