I'm 15 and have a spot that's not very big maybe just bigger than a pin head it's been there for a couple weeks now and I popped it a week ago and it's now starting to clear up a bit? I'm scared incase it's anything bad can someone give me good news

It's probably a pimple or zit. Yes, you can get them "down there" too.
Treat it like any other pimple and it will clear on its own.
