Hi, I've had this for a long time now, I started noticing it when I was in the 6th grade, now I am a sophomore in high school. The holes I discovered as a 6th grader have not gotten much bigger. And I'm starting to get worried that I'm gonna need surgery since it is very embarrassing. Idk what to do.

Smegma (penis cheese) as you call it forms around the head of the penis and is made up of dead skin and natural body oil and is caused by not washing correctly, it's more common in guys with a foreskin through them not pulling it back to was the glands but can also occur in circumsised guys through poor hygiene.
