today i was scratching my skin when i noticed a small bump the was very hard. At first i thought it was a pimple but it would not pop so i used a needle to break the skin and a very small stone like thing came out. I don't know what it is please help!
maybe just a dried up ingrown hair waxball, that's happened to me
