I've smoked weed for 30 years and now once in a while I get chest pains just going to throw away smokes and cut down on the green :)
It's the bud. .. same thing has happened to me .. so I quit for a few months. .. it went away. ..i started smoking again...heavy... and it came back.. I love smoking weed but I can't stand the chest pain. .. feels like it's my heart. .not like heart burn. .. So if I were you .. Just let it go. . We had a good run.... lol

K2 is some crazy shite. However, it's not the same as Bath Salts. Bath Salts are what were an attempt at making legal Cocaine. Not THC. K2, Spice, etc though are extremely bad. First and only time I tried it I could have sworn I was dying. My heart was pounding so hard my earlobes were moving with the beats. Never again.
THe pain you feel is most probasbly inflamation of the lining of the repiratory system which is caused by any somke taken into the lungs. The depth of inhalation of POT smoke makes this hapen form time to time. NSAIDS (Aspirin, ibuprofen) and a stoppage of a few days should take care of it. As well try sucking on some menthol cough drops for immediate relief. And stop asking people like the ones who answered here for advice. Most of this is nonsense.

I didnt smoke for a couple days then hit good weed with some bammer beforehand me and my buddy share you know but my chest has had some wired cracks in it sometimes when i breath i wonder if we have the same thing i also had heart surgery when i was 3 months old.
