Hi, I have some cutting questions. I am going to the gym for almost two years. Before the exercises I was rather skinny, but now I have muscle mass I have been planning to achieve. I am taking around 4000 calories weekly and I want to cut it down to 1800-2000. But it would be nice to keep muscle mass during the process. Is that possible to achieve?
Well it is like the magic circle. If you stop going to the gym then you can lower the calories intake but then inactive muscles will go away, on the other side, if you continue to have trainings then you need some amount of calories to keep on going. You must cut the calories slowly and in the same time to reduce intensity of the trainings. Cut of 200 calories weekly.
