i felt like that too just chill and stay still .. when you think something happens thats not normal just think

"oh the weed is making me feel like this ". cuz the weed makes your mind sensitive to everything so when you

feel your not acting normal its just you high and its normal. so smoke up and be happy :)

OH and once you start feeling  wierd like eyes  or body moving wierd just try and keep still

when in public chill somewhere and tell your freind or whoever to come get you when their done

doing whatever.

Thankyou!! i feel exactly like this, it's been two days as well. I'll litterally never do it again, i think it has to do with anxiety kind of. I'm glad to hear it goes away.

This is just depersonalization it is a common reaction to many psychoactive drugs, It can also be a symptom of an underlying mental disorder. If you are prone to anxiety and depression it would be in your best interest to stop screwing around with your brain chemistry. if you refrain for a bit things will level out.

You must realize that the anxiety is a result of the fear which foundationalizes your psyche. Above the fear is the resulting pain and compounded above that and causal for it is anger. Then there comes this mysterious entity (for no better term) called denial. And, what makes denial so mysterious is that it denies its own existence. Marijuana, along with various and sundry other chemical compounds and life experiences are triggering agents that prick these denied negative emotions hence bringing them into conscious existence, or as in your case, manifesting as an anxiety attack followed by depression. Depression is a healthy response telling us that something in our environment is wrong and change is required. In conclusion it would seem to me that you need to be smoking a lot more weed, but in a cerimonious manner as weed is a power plant to be respected, so as to continue to be made aware of and to further purge yourself of the negativity grounding your being until such time as you have cleared yourself of them and become grounded in the first principle of life which is love (its opposite which is also the first principle of death being fear).

I've had this feeling with smoking weed before especially when there is high THC weed. the best thing to do is know what your smoking as in strain (indica or sativa or hybrid strains) anxiety and paranoia are more likely to happen with a sativa strain. That's why I try not to smoke sativa strains. indica's are less likely to do this because they're more of a body high. Hybrids are a mix of both, but sometimes there is a dominant strain that you feel more of. like sativa dominant or indica dominant.

Sativa's stimulate the brain more making it very easy for the user to experience paranoia and/or anxiety. what you're describing sounds a lot like depersonalization. In this case it wasn't exactly the weed that did it, it was the anxiety you had because you most likely smoked a sativa strain or sativa dominant hybrid. The best thing to do when you start to feel anxiety, is to keep your mind on something else. Try and relax...me personally, I try and have a good alcohol buzz before smoking, because it relaxes me. I also don't smoke that much i literally take the smallest hit possible so it only gives me a buzz. There are times where I smoke too much though lol, but I've learned to try and keep my mind at ease and try not to get anxious.

If you're going to smoke, know what is in it also don't buy random pot from someone you don't know... dont ever smoke spice either. Spice isn't weed at all.

i smoked every day for about two years before taking a 2 week t-break. upon coming back i smoked one bowl and had a full blown anxiety attack, i fell asleep hoping it would go awway but nope. for a lack of better words i felt suuuper funky for about two days, frantically looking up what was wrong with me till i came here. the most important stuf from this page that helped me was to stop doing research immediatly. every time i would find a new diagnosis my heart would start poundng through my neck and left shoulder. the easiest way to get rid of it is deep breathing constanlty. distract yourself with a game or show and just deep breathe for as long as you can stand it, this really helps iwht the dissacociation. my symptoms lasted around 2 days before feeling semi-normal but if it takes longer dont freak and just try and distract yoursefl as much as possible. taking short walks throughout the days helped bring me back to reality aswell. good luck
