I may have finally found a cure to this problem! I had read various threads like this everywhere and was losing hope at ever being able to drink again with out feeling horrid unearthly pains, but finally this is what I did. I took probiotics (look them up) and STOPPED drinking for 4 MONTHS. After doing this combo I can now drink a normal amount and not suffer severe pain like before. I'm no doctor, but from my understanding probiotics help your stomach environment return to normal. Warning : diahria is common when initially starting a probiotics regimen, which apparently is just your stomach adjusting to the new environment. This is coming from someone who tried everything to no avail, pepto, tums, acid blockers, and more. I wish the best of luck to my fellow sensitive stomachs out there!!!
Okay so I'm 17 and I drank alcohol for the first time and every sine then it's been my syomach is feeling funny . It's been about been about four days since I drank last . I had one bicardi and 2 platinum bud lites in one night in that order. Not too long after my stomach felt weird. It's was very uncomfortable for the first 2 days and everyone else was fine . So now it doesn't hurt it justo discomfort . I've been drinking water and powerade and eating bread and greasy food. I'm kind of getting worried about it . I just want to feel back to normal.i will never drink again after this experience . Should I go to the doctor soon or will I be fine if I keep drinking water and never touch another drink?please help.
My friend has the same thing. I recently came to a party with me on Friday (5/24). He drank a lot and puked a lot too . the next couple of days he has been having pain in his stomach . I was wondering if you got any help and had any advice for me.
im 15 and I've drunk a couple drinks at parties occasionally and I've been so drunk ive had to get my stomach pumped. but last night i had a beer, just one and now my stomach is absolutely killing me and my heart hurts, please help!
Your body is trying to tell you something. I too drank to excess when younger and also had sharp stomach pains. When I began throwing up blood, I had to stop. I am now 57 and love the taste of beer but am unable to tolerate it. So, I can't even have a glass of wine without terrible pain. It's just not worth the damage you may be inflicting upon yourself.
Could be you have gall stones.
That's called a hangover slick
You Are A p***y.
It sounds as though you may have developed stomach ulcers. I have drank heavily for a LONG time. It can to the point that the only way to clear my head or get rid of the stomach pains was to drink.
I believe though, that when you drink, your upsetting an internal offshore, that should probably be checked out at the doc's office.

I call that gut rot. It's incredibly uncomfortable, and painful. The lining of your stomach was basically hurt by the large and fast intake of alcohol.. I've been drinking heavily for about two years now (talk about half gallon of skul vodka a day). I only yesterday wenT to the er to seek treatment or help. The pain goes away after you consume more alcohol. Drinking a lot of water too fast will more than likely make you throw up as well. Because you're so dehydrated, some or most of your red blood cells react to the sudden rehydration, this creating a reaction which attempts to purge the sudden change (even though it's what you need!) (That pissed off) Lol.
If you plan on continuing drinking heavily, and don't want to feel like sh*t, have some thing with tomatoes in it before drinking. Spaghetti, pizza, I don't care. I always had a can of tomato soup. But it began to stop working for me.
Today my forest day sober, and I'm very shaky. My stomach is miserable. And I'm having auditory hallucinations. The neural synapses (connections) in my brain have not had to do their job in so long, that they don't do what their supposed to now. Only time will repair that. The alcohol releases " feel good chemicals". Mostly dopamine and serotonin, and the neural pathways are confused when the alcohol isn't inducing them to be released.
My suggestion, don't do what I did. Good luck kid.

You have a classic hangover. Keep drinking that water, and honestly... If you are a marijuana smoker it helps to go smoke and go back to sleep. Otherwise, you tough it out.
I have the same thing happen and it hurts every time I drink to the point of not being able to walk or go to parties for more than 2-3 hours but I'm under 21 too (17) so I'm not sure if I should see a Dr about it or not.
Did u ever figure out what it was?
