Maybe speak with your perscribing Doctor, but I think Thorazine, is more than a big time sleep medication. But, since it's from a Doctor, he/she knows you best. So many other problems get bigger when a person misses sleep. Sometimes 1 medication may be able to help more than 1 problem for some people.
