hey my name is Deonna and i have identical periods to Shay's, except mines have been happening since i was 13 and i'm 17 now ..i want to live a normal life ..can you please help me and tell me what was your solution ..i've tried everything ..vikiten,cramp bark,and the usual menstrual pills that NEVER seem to work ..can you please reply and tell me what was your solution?

EVERYTHING that you go through I go through also ..i'm really scared though ..but i guess it's better for me to know then to keep guessing what's wrong with me ..please let me know what happened with your situation ..because your situation is my situation also .

Well, you are not alone!!!!! I woke up this morning and I felt all funny. I turned 13 on the 18th March 2012 and last night while I was trying to get to sleep, I felt as if I was going to spew up. I didn't but this morning I did. Now, I keep getting little one or two second cramps every now and then. I have never had my period yet and I am wondering if these are some sighns?

Not true, I only had low back pain during my cycle. My daughter is almost 8 months and since I've gad her I've had unbeliebly horrible menstrual cramps and no lower back pain since. Along with fever, diahrreah and vomiting.
I started at 12, and I have had these terrible cramps,shaking, shivering & at the same time sweating. As well as throwing up, but the only times that this happens is when I just finished taking a LONG run. you guys Say that it's good to exorcise, but not in my case.
Cramps are usually caused by the muscles that are pushing the blood out.
So if the muscles are working, then I am guessing that is what causes you to throw up as well.

im not sure if this helps anyone but i had a really heavy period since i was 13 i had to use super plus tampons and change it every 20 minutes. thats how heavy the blood flow was i couldnt even have a life for a week . it was rediculous!! so i went to my doctor she told me one of the best ways to fix it would be birth control so i tried it for about 9 months. and then stopped cause i didnt like being on it. ( moody, weight gain, dryness down there) and after i was off of it my period has been 100% normal :) hoped this helped!!

hey so i read this and thinking about it i had the same problem when i was 13 but i started with throwing up and feeling sick and getting chills and all that stuff. many thing can be the problem but it sounds like Perimenopause. I have this myself. if so I'm taking a low dose of birth control to slow down my cycle . but you should go to the doctor to be sure

I have went to the docs and was told I had real bad endometrsis...which I had to have surgery for cysts as well and durin the surgery they got to see hw bad it was and had to remove scar tissue that was there from the endo.and nw I have a follow up where there gonna give me shots to stop my cycle
