I have the exact same symptoms. MRI found slipped c5c6 and am doing physical therapy to relieve. Looks like progress is slow.
I also get stabbing pain in left back lung.
Other symptoms include heart arrhythmia , shaking on entire left side of body like vibrations, lower left back pain and temple pressure. Hope to find relief soon.

Additionally also have left dude dry mouth. Seems to have started post respiratory infection.
I too have on/off numbness on the left side of the face and left arm/hand tingling. I had it checked out twice and no problem was found, and I hate to waste the doctor's time again.
