Are you still following this thread? I am in the exact same boat, live in MI. I have tried anti biotics, and 3 days of diflucan. No relief. I'm pretty sure its a virus. Although it appears to cause no serious harm, other than discomfort. Does your underwear feel like sand paper rubbing against your penis?
I too started feeling pain the day after oral sex. Felt nausea, swollen red testacles, red tip of penis, genatils would feel like they were heating up, some days burning, others pins and needles. Some days tender balls and everyday red tip of penis. Feels like bladder is full and pee many times a day. Dribble after done peeing. Pain is less when standing and gets worse sitting. It's been five weeks of this and 5 doctors 4 nurses later nothing. Tests all came back normal, took Zithromax, suprax, cipro for a month, fungal pills(3 of them, fuco-something, cortisol/fungal cream, all did nothing. No discharge or lesions, mostly red tip and around head of penis. All the docs and nurse say its in my head, and I somehow find the strength to still crack a joke by saying yes it is that's why I'm here.
What were your results from the urologist?? Any changes?? Do you also suffer from dry mouth with a yellowish whitish coating on tongue with a sour taste??

It is probably your pudendal nerver. See an accupuncturist
What you have described sounds like pudendal nerve irritation. Do you have any pain if you squeese your penis? Does it feel like something is pulling or squeezing inside your urethra or just below your testicles? Also, the tired calf and the pain in it that a reader has described below as well as the pain in the scroutum, perineum and all along the inside of both legs is the region where the pudendal nerve passes and branches out. Do you feel burning in your anus especially after passing stool? Also notice how nothing seems to be wrong when you do things that you enjoy. That is when you forget about your nerves and enter a more meditative state.
Try and see an accupuncturist and describe the symptoms you have. I trust you will get some relief after few treatments. Also do some cranio sacral therapy if you have a practitioner nearby. It will help you remove blockages in your hip area. We all have them.

CHLAMYDIA. I tested positive. These are all the side effects of Heterotypic Chlamydia. I have everything you guys said. Tell the Urologists that you people have biofilm Chlamydia!
What EXACTLY are your symptoms?? I've heard about this! But how did you test positive for it and what antibiotics are given to get rid of this problem??????
Have you been tested for mycoplasma genitalium? I tested negative to this and have some similar symptoms. Mostly the itching of the penis, tender testes. I've also ecperienced aching muscles and itching skin all over my body. The itches only come a few times a day but I can constantly feel the discomfort in my penis. I think this is somehow related. I've recieved treatment for the mycoplasma and find out tomorrow if I am cured of it. Apparantly the sensitivity in the penis should subside once I have rid myself of the infection. I'll try and let you know how I go.
Ok bro sounds good but yeah I've tested negative for everything always including Mycoplasma Genitalium and Ureplasma Ureticlum. What antibiotics have you taken? How long have you had it for? How did you get the symptoms?
So my sexual encounter was approx 5 months ago. One night stand unprotected sex. Within one month the burning glans started followed by the rest of the symptoms. I actually meant to say in my last post that I tested positive to mycoplasma. Anyway I did a course of azithramycin followed by a course of avelox or moxi something or other. Got retested and am now clear. Still experiencing tenderness on penis. Noticed tiny growth that I'm now worried is a wart on underside of shaft. Visiting a urologist in a week or so to clear it up. I pointed it out to a couple of docs along the journey but they weren't too worried. Anyway I need piece of mind. Lesson learnt... Stay away from the easy girls!
Yeah I hear you on that one.. So what were all of your symptoms again, how long did it take before you started experiencing your first symptom? Also was it unprotected oral or regular sex?
Having the same issue. The swollen lower pube area is killing me, not to mention the swollen tip. headed to urgent care tonight to see whats going on.
