i have been getting these tiny little bubbles on the tips of my fingers no bigger than a few millimeters. when they pop a watery liquid comes out, and the area burns. I only get one or two at a time and they leave for a while but eventually come back. I looked at pictures of the skin disease Pompholyx but those bubbles are much larger than what i get. Should I be concerned???
Have you found a solution yet my fingers have been doing the sdame thing since August
