Same for me today in Mexico. Three days straight in the sun then today for only half hour and those bubbles. I'm 32 and native as well.

Hello, I also get these same blisters on my body. I get them when exposed to sun, hot or sweaty. I've been getting them for as long as I remember (I'm 34). I do believe they're harmless, look up photosensitivity (sun allergy) pretty sure that's what we have. It can be caused by medication, perfume, lotions, too much sun exposure especially without sunscreen, the list goes on. This is not contagious and pretty common. Hope this helps! Oh and I am not of Native American decent. I am black and white.

This has happened to me for the past 5 or 6 years. I used to be in the sun all summer (every) summer and never had this problem before then. Mine itch so I scratch them till they pop.

Exact same thing happens to me now, and never did before.. I'm very dark completed and don't get burned so I agree, it's a water "bubble", not a blister..

Me too!!!! I recently shopped at Dollar Tree and bought a bunch of bath and shower stuff. soaps etc. All f'N made in China. I usually buy American made bath soap but I wasnt thinking. Could this be why i look like my pores are clogged and i baked in the sun? Ive never had this happen before.

For the people saying that these are “sweat bubbles” and they are ok to pop you are sadly mistaken. When you’ve been in the sun and these bubbles appear it means you have a 2nd degree burn. Those bubbles form to show that your body is trying to heal inself and to protect your skin from further damage. Thr ozone layer is so depleted that people who didn’t used to burn are now having issues. The more melanin in your skin the more likely you are to tan - but even African Amercians, Natice Americans and the like can burn. Please read articles on sunburn/2nd degree burns from a reputable source before trying to care for the burn.

i think you're incorrect, I have gotten them after working out inside with no sun exposure so they seem to be clogged sweat pores

Thank you btw as I think you answered my Q too. Didn’t burn today but my chest is tiny white watery bumps but outdoors all day in the heat today - dry

I have recently noticed these tiny blister-like bubbles appearing on my limbs, usually after I've been moving around a bit. I'm not even sweaty or anything when they happen though, and popping them does not seem to cause any issues in the area. (I am under 18, so whatever is causing this probably isn't due to age.)

I have some small watery cysts come up all over my body. I don't know where they come from or what causes them, and I don't know how to get rid of them. Is this serious?
