Most men do feel a period of weakness, or relaxation.
If you're feeling DRAINED of all energy, then something else may be going on. Are you fighting a flu bug? Have you been under stress? (Straight As??)

With all respect. You might have an amazing sex life with erections any time you want. You are very blessed. But alot of guys have sexual weakness and problems. The proof is right here on this forum. Look how many guys all ages are having problems. You do not have to have the flu or be sick to have problems with sex. Otherwsie these guys would mention it. All the men trying to get Viagra would be treated with flu shot rather than Viagra. I am sure that most of these guys are very smart people. They probally have already thought of exercise, diet, and more sleep.
I am now 47, condition started after abstaining from sex for 3 years at age of 34. I read a complete article about 5-6 hormones that are released during orgasm, one of which induces fatigue ... but, mine lasts for 3-4 days!! To me, more satisfying experiences create LESS fatigue. I am also a pre-mature ejaculator, so it is not the physical effort. The frequency of ejaculation does not matter, I often sleep 12 hours after ejaculation. I also discovered that ginger reduces the effect. Also SSRI depression drugs minimize the effect. I have also noticed that encounters which do not result in ejaculation do not cause this fatigue ... at all!!! so I am sure it is due to the hormons released during ejaculation.
I have Pois too (and premature ejaculation too). I agree when you say the problem is triggered by ejaculation (or orgasm).
Thanks for SSRI and ginger reports. Did you take ginger in caps supplement ? (before or after orgasm?). I know that ginger has some anti-inflammatory proprieties.
I have not found out what works. The only thing I found out is abstaining from both masterbation and sex, that's all. That's the only thing which makes me happy, feel strong, active, smart, dress well, look good, etc.
And I have a fairly good diet overall as well, so no one can say it's your diet.
When a man ejaculates often, his organs start to become jammed or bruised (by jammed I mean stuck). So when my liver, kidneys, balls and intestines get jammed after ejaculation what I do is: "MESSAGE" those organs.

So my routine that works is:
Message from legs to chest, getting out in the sun with t-shirt or naked chest. And if there is no sun eating lots of fish like wild salmon.
Eat a verry diet: nuts, seeds, fruits, veggies, fish, meat, carbs, breads et. Drink plenty of water, cause semen consists mostly of water.
And last but not least exersice 2x or more a week like cardio, jogging, fitness, swimming etc.

Tiredness, Fatigue that last few days is due to a syndrome called Post Orgasmic Illness Syndrome (POIS)
I have the same problem after extended ejaculation. My feet amd lowered legs would be so tired and it would take two days to recover ( with 5-6 hour sleep ). I think it is due over-ejaculation. Man doesn't feel that tired if only the liquid sperm is forced out. You'll be fine if not letting the thick part of the sperms also coming out right after the liquid one. I recalled reading or hearing long time ago that the sperms are coming from marrow inside your bones. So it makes sense using up your sperms too fast will give a tremendous stress on your bones to recreate marrow. I remembered for a few times in the past before stopping by to have sex with my wife-to-be girl friend, I would stop by a Japanese restaurant, Yoshinoya, and finished a small rice bowl with cabbage, pumking slices, bitter soy sauce, and cooked fish. It's kind of miracle that I didn't experience that so tired feet and legs after going home because of eating these foods. There must be some ingredients from these foods that cancelled this sympton I used to feel before. Unfortunately, Yoshinoya no longer offers this food in their nowadays menu. If you can't find the right kind of foods or drinks or supplements to help it out, I would suggest to not over ejaculate. Stop when the first ejaculation of mainly liquid sperm is out. Your sex desire will recover in a couple of hours for some or longer for older men. That means you still can have more than one sex session per day if you know how to control what to come out of your penis.
Other painful after ejaculation is due to sperms are held in too long inside after a long sex session, so pressure is so overwhemed to the point that it will hurt the muscle around it. How did I solve this problem? Just a strong mind to let sperms come out not too fast can alieveate the kick-back pain of this kind. I think you don't need to go to the restaurant. Do you remember which fish did you eat and how much time before (or after) prgasm ?
I made the same experience with fish ( I call it "salmon effect").
I think it's the effect of vitamin D + fatty acids in fish.
Try fish and come back to say your improvement.
Still for quick recovery and be able to have stronger and longer sex again in a short time ( 1 or 2 hours after ), do not let the thick part of sperm semen also come out the first sex session. It would take a few days for a man's body to reproduce it to a full level. Control and win over your mind is the key. Most men fail and let all their sperm parts ( liquid and apple sauce like parts ) come out then drop them-self down like a bag of dead meat. However, it's easy to say then do when one is at orgasm point. Need to practice over and over.
