There is NO visual abnormalities. No redness, no sores, no blisters, nothing. Just whenever anything comes into contact with the area marked in red, there is sharp pain as if I was rubbing a paper cut or something. No sex, no masturbation since 24hrs before it started. It started as soon as I came out of a shower.
Any ideas?
It's me again. I think there might be a slight bump on the left side where the red marked area is. Like a very subtle almost imperceptible pimple.
