I have the exact same thing it started 2 days ago like a cell phone on vibrate. It was on the left side behind my left breast on and off on Sunday. On Monday it went to the right side almost under the right breast. It is getting more persistant. I had my pace maker checked and it showed nothing. I had a chest exray done am still waiting for that report. But it is baffling I also have no pain but it is a little scary because I did have a heart attack and the back of my heart is dead. It does not keep me awake as it is so soft that I had to stop and think what was that did I really feel that or did I imagine it? Keep the posts coming in because my Doctors are baffled.

Me, too.  Same symptoms as everyone else and over a year later than most of you.  Common thread.....cell phone.  Never heard of anyone complaining of this before in my 68 years.  I have been on my cell phone a lot lately.  I'm no doctor but 2 and 2 does equal 4.
Just started having same symptoms 2 days ago. The day it started I had been driving a loaner car, from dealer ship, that had push button start, but you have to have a "smart key" in the car with you. I had been carrying the key in my left side shirt pocket. After about 4 hours, the vibrations started. Coincidence?
I have been experiencing the same thing as well. Feel like light vibration. Having them as I type. Mine started about 3 months ago off and on, now they are becoming more regular.
Have all the same test and symptoms lots of PVC and also fast heart rate when moving at all spiking up to near 200ppm and all test say heart is fine other then that but get dizzy and tired a lot now just started this buzzing feeling so really driving me nuts. Will be telling my doctor to start the Beta blockers that is what we had talked about.
I just started having this buzzing vibration yesterday on the left side of my chest.  I thought it was my cell phone all day yesterday but it was in my jacket pocket on the other side!  Had it last night and today as well.. recently had an EKG and echo which was totally normal. Wondering, does it have to do with stress?  I'm so glad that people have posted about it, because I would think that I'm going crazy.. feels like I swallowed a bumble bee and it ended up on the left side of my chest!!
I been having a very slight vibration on my right side breast / chest. Mine happens every minute and only last 2-3 sec. It started a few days ago, No pain , just like a very low vibration. What did you fine out.
I'm so glad that I'm not the only one out there who is experiencing this weird "cell phone vibrating" feeling. I've had it for the past two days now on and off and there's no pain to it. Just kinda scary. Don't know what causes it.
Just felt it today..thought it was my cellphone but I knew I didn't bring it. Felt it three times today...what could it be?
I would not be too concerned. I have had this vibration sensation over 10 years off and on. After a 5 year lapse it recently came back concurrent with mild acid reflux. I know from experience that acid reflux can mimic heart pain or other symptoms . After a complete heart work up by a cardiologist it was tracked to reflux. I'm in my 60's my daughter in her 30's went through the same experience.
Okay this is just wierd! I've been experiencing this for a few weeks in my right beast. It last only seconds  through out the day. I thought I was loosing it. I sure would like to know if anyone firgures anything out. I'm in Good health with a recent physical, just overwieght, with no other medical issues.
I had the same symptoms, vibration in chest, several years ago.  Then I experienced pressure, localized, sweating ans shortness of breath. My tropon was slightly increased, muscle damage? I had cardiac arterial spasms. The doc put me on calcium channel blockers which resolved the vibration.  I ran out and before I could get a renewal, doc required office visit, I searched for calcium channel blockers. Magnesium, 400mg daily. I've been taking it for 3 years now and no recurrent vibrations.
The pressure going up and heart rate increasing is anxiety or panic attack. I've have the exact same feeling you get and I too am trying to figure out what's going on.
Most Common Causes Of Buzzing And Vibrating Sensation Return to topic and discuss Vibrations in chest Amir Shaban, M.D. wrote over a year ago It is common for patients to describe the feeling of vibrations at different locations of their bodies. These vibrations are very nonspecific symptom and on their own are not enough to diagnose a disease simply because there are so many conditions that may cause them. Most commonly these vibrations can be divided into two major groups based on their origin. They originate either from heart arrhythmias, from muscle twitching or could be from psychological origin. Vibrating muscles Most of the time muscle twitches are idiopathic or as a result of muscle hyperactivity or hyperexcitability because you had too much coffee or you had a heavy exercise and your muscles are still contracted and spasmodic. The best way to deal with this is to cut down on caffeine (coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks..etc). If you work out at the gym try to reduce the workload for some time. Muscle twitches can be a symptom of a serious medical conditions. B12 deficiency. This is found especially in alcoholics or vegetarians. Muscle twitching is not an early symptom, usually B12 deficiency presents with anemia and decreased or altered sensation. Multiple Sclerosis. Usually presents with other neurological symptoms. Herpes infection and Amyotophic Lateral Sclerosis also known to cause muscle twitches. It is advisable to see a neurologist for further evaluation, the neurologist is most likely to order MRI and blood tests. Phantom vibration syndrome Phantom means illusion. This condition presents with a false sensation that your cell phone is vibrating or you can also falsely hear it ringing. Phantom ringing most often experienced while you are taking a shower or watching TV. Vibrations are most likely have psychological or neurological mechanisms. While false ringing maybe due to the difficulty to locate and recognize sound wave frequencies that the phone ringtones share with many other sounds. Heart Arrhythmias and vascular conditions Sometimes heart arrhythmias like tachycardia and Premature ventricular contractions can be felt in locations away from the heart, to detect and diagnose arrhythmia your doctor will order ECG and 24 hour Holter monitor. Also A vein can produce this sensation because of increased blood flow to a particular area due to physical activity this can happened when you jog in the morning or after bodybuilding exercise or any other physical activity. A trauma also can produce an abnormal communication between an artery and vein this is called AV fistula. Usually throbbing from vascular origin is not reasons to worry, you may visit a general practitioner who will probably examine the blood flow and may even order a test to look at your vessels. Rarely the cause of throbbing is aneurism which produces a wide pulsatile area. Still have. I hope this helps. I suffer from anxiety so I have to actually go see a Dr. Or my anxiety is crazy.
