Y'all are full of sh#t. I've been on 150mgs of Zoloft for 18 months, and I partake occasionally. As long as you don't overdo the weed, the risk is minimal. Plenty of people toke up while on antidepressants. And venlafaxine is an ingredient in ONE particular AD, Effexor. It is not in other ADs or anti anxiety meds. Y'all are getting too high and freaking. If you really have serotonin syndrome, you need medical attention stat, it doesn't go away on its own, and can be fatal. There's a chance that ADs can alter your your tolerance, just like feeling more drunk faster when your on ADs, therefore you may be getting higher on less weed and so you're overdoing the green and crossing the line between feeling good and feeling too high.
Moderate, and you should be ok.

So in essence by your own admission you were abusing everything you were taking.....and you wonder why it was a problem?

What does the strain matter about it?

That happened to me too, I was taking Zoloft 50mlg. Smoked a puff of weed and was rushed to the hospital because I kept passing out(I think I passed out at least 15 times in like 2 hours.)
And I was not even high, like I didn't felt high at all before passing out.
My heart was hurting a lot and my eyes were rolling back.
My body didn't take it at all lol

Probably not much info on effects due to people not reporting what they been through. Recreational users don’t want to “ admit they smoke weed” so not much info about it

yes, just because our experience is different from yours, we're full of sh*t. thanks glad to know a splitting headache, chills, and confusion/passing out was all just in my head because i got too high. those 3 small hits sure made me paranoid enough to vomit for 8 hours then pass out in fear of my head exploding. please understand that just because something didn't happen to you doesn't mean we're all delusional.

I am so sorry the hospital treated you this way. That is how they treated me once they found out I had been smoking pot and had a panic attack because of it... They threw me in one of the back corner rooms and I swear I was seen only twice in about 6 hours and one of the times was the doctor...

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I bought a marajuana sucker from a friend. The first 5 hours were slow. I'm thinking it's taking a f*****g long time to kick in but I'm finally startin to "feel it" Great! I thought. Then sh*t got real bad real fast. Heart was racing out of control anxiety through the roof!!!! This lasted from 2:30 pm all the way till 12 or 1 in the morning. I literally thought I was gonna die!! Not to mention I had to drive a half hour home and fool my parents. I thought I was gonna f*****g wreck my car!! I'm taking a high dose of zoloft, (200 mgs)

Agree, I have been taking beta blockers and Zoloft while drinking alcohol and smoking weed for years. Only problem my blood pressure gets to low. Beta blocker keeps it down.

that happened to me last night!!!! i was freaking out i can’t even explain what was happening in my brain and the back of my head would start cramping up, i felt like i did mushrooms i’ve never done any other drug besides weed. i used to smoke weed while not taking zoloft and i was perfectly fine but as soon as i smoked a little bit of a joint i was absolutely panicking, sweating, heart was beating so unbelievably fast. i thought i was dying and it felt like i was high for a eternity. i will never smoke weed again that was the WORST experience of my life. and it was weed sold at the dispensary so it was safe. BUT zoloft and weed is NOT!!

Ha! Nice that's all You! experience but it sounds like just your personal experience. If you want to make a more global statement like that, cite some facts.

Yeah...every time I quit, I can't sleep for c**p for a few weeks and have horrible dreams (don't remember dreams typically). I've smoked every day for 26 years but have had to take breaks here and there. I've probably stopped over 20 times for up to a few months. 20+ times of consistent results says your certainty is BS

I’ve had these experiences too especially the feeling of looking through a window all I can tell is that it’s your anxiety and just try not to think about it. Zoloft or Sertraline has a lot of common side effects numbness and ringing in ears. Also because you’ve been such a big stoner it will take a while for your body and brain to feel back tomorrow. I’ve experienced the same all I can say is if your able to walk and talk then your okay and if you ever feel not feeling right and can’t calm yourself down phone someone you know who can help you through it or tell your parents. Being with my parents when I was feeling disconnected or was having a panic attack made me realise that I was fine and it was all in my head

Hey! I am experiencing the same thing. Did you ever stop smoking weed? Did your feelings of wanting to throw up cease? I am trapped in a cycle I feel and need answers. Please let me know how your doing now and if i can learn anything from your experience.
