I have tried that and more than that. Not so simple1
I wonder... Wich could be worst... Being overweigth in their teen years ( depression, sadnees, Bulling, low self steem, poo4r health, risk of diabetes, dificult to concentrate... etc, etc, etc, or take some good supplements help to assists ( together with a healthy food plan, and some exsrcise) , even they (the supplements) are not for people under 18 ?
I have an 11 year old girl who weighs 137 lbs. I'm trying to help her to lose weight, so I got weight loss pills with apple cider vinegar and kelp and lecithin and b6. Is it healthy for her to use them?
