Hello folks,

I eat cereal every morning for my breakfast and sometimes for my dinner as well. I tried to eat it with water, but I have to say that I don’t like it so much. I mean, oats are not so delicious at all, but with water they are just pretty ugly for me :)

I want to combine them with some milk, but I am not sure what milk I can use. I hope that you know.

Can you tell me what is the best milk to be used if you follow cereal diet? I know that this information will help me, because I will use that milk for my breakfast as well :)

I use some low fat milk, because I don’t like that strange mix of water and cereal. I asked my friend a few months ago this same question, and she told me that she was using aptamil milk, because it is the best. I have to be honest, I don’t know what milk is that and where you can buy it, but maybe this information will be helpful to you.

If you want, you can also mix water and milk, that is something what I do when don’t have low fat milk. And, it works.

Is this ok for you as well?

I usually do mix water with milk, and that is ok. I just can’t stand to eat cereal with water, it is pretty ugly for me :/ I don’t know what do you think about this, but this is my attitude about this issue :)

My sister is silly, she just eats cereal with water, without any single ting in it, such as whey protein, etc :) I just don’t see how she can eat it :) But, I do respect because I know that this must be the best option, right?

Anyway, thank you I will try to find this milk and to use it.
