Can anyone suggest what would be the highest humidity
conditions to be still healthy to run in?
Also if there is a forcast in terms of dew point, how is
that related to humidex? Can this be calculated by using
the humidity calculator that I have came across on the internet:
That is a good question. I would be really interested to know the answer. We have really humid summers here, so I usually try to get out for my run in the morning before the humidity has really picked up.
