If he didn't pee before the second time he had sex it is possible for you to get pregnant. Since the leftover sperm is carried out with the precum. But, some guys DO have sperm in their precum and some do not. There isn't anyway for you to tell this unless they get labwork done on them. I advise you to get on birth control or even just to start using condoms, so you have protection (but not 100%).

You can get pregnant from pre-cum. Pre cum contains a small amount of sperm but not as much as normal cum does. A guy never knows when he pre cums and it can happen all throughout sex. But some guys don't produce as much pre cum as other guys.

Precum isn't used to lubrication in the vagina!!! Precum makes the vagina and penis less acidic so the actual cum survives longer and swims a longer time.
