If you are masturbating several times a day you may not ejaculate every time because your body only produces a certain amount of semen per day. You can try taking a few days off and then try again. Also after the tingling becomes intense you should feel a pulsing or throbbing sensation in your penis when you reach orgasm. As you continue to mature the amount of semen you produce will increase

No, I think you are ejaculating clear cum, which is normal early in puberty. You are producing semen but your body isn't up to full production capacity yet, which is totally normal. If you take a day or two off your semen may appear more white, but as you continue to mature it will appear white more often. You can masturbate as often as you like. There are lots of posts on here from guys who start with clear cum and within a year or so it's white just about every time. So it sounds like you are completely normal. And btw even clear cum can contain sperm, so no unprotected sex.
