im 16 years old what you'r all talking about exept the chick seems to be what i had so prob all hav had, the white stuff u cant reach is under the glands or just under them(the spots on the rim of head of penis) what i did was stupid no water just streached it more and more water evry now and then ... being impatient i ended up just forcing the skin apart which is glue'd the the glands... It has like smegma, but like in the skin. I can fully retract my foreskin, but their like underneath the skin. I had surgery to give me the ability to retract my foreskin. I still find white spots underneath the head and skin of my penis, but I have no sexual transmitted decease's. Maybe it is rising to the surface because of oral sex ? You should clean under the foreskin daily with warm water. gently rubbing with the thumb helps to remove stubborn stuff. It builds up more in hot weather. if you get a red rash an anti fungal cream is the best solution. Also walking round with your penis hanging out (and preferably with foreskin rolled back also helps get rid of the moist atmosphere, probably not a good idea to do this if other members of the household are around or when you are out and about. Also if it is a bit red always rinse of the end after having a piss to get rid of the urine.

If you have trouble retracting fore skin masturbate and let your penis shrink down to a size smaller than it usually is. This should prevent sting for a while and I cleaned it with a wet ear bud. After a few weeks I was cured and I check every now and then to see if it still gone and it is.
I've got the same problem with that white stuff right now. Throughout my life I've never retrieved my foreskin back until now that am 18 and it was hard at first to retrieve it but i did it little by little and now I can clean my self but little of my foreskin is still glued to my penis, any way the best way to clean it completely an maybe kill the fungus is by doing it with coconut vinegar just wipe it with a cotton or soft cloth wet in coconut vinegar, i don't know about other vinegar's but this coconut vinegar is fermented coconut water and does not hurt. ;-)

If your foreskin sticks to your glands don't be too rough.. Just every time you shower or take a bath play with your penis and musturbate more often ;-)

You don't have to remove it, just pull your foreskin back regularly,to avoid that it sticks to it, the smegma which is too much comes out from itself, or gets removed during intercourse..
If smegma disturbs you or your gf, just wash it every one oder two weeks away, thats enough... without, the glands could feel dry and harsh..
