Hi,

You don't, or at least shouldn't as it is petroleum based.  Use a water based lube such as KY Jelly.

DO NOT USE VASELINE IN SEX. It can cause an infection if it gets in a hole. Use lube. If you're using condoms don't use oil based lube as it'll break them. Try KY lube or some known lubricant meant for sex.
