Hi try different sexual positions to see if that helps....otherwise you probably need intimacy to get you started too by your partner. Sometimes that often helps to get you in the mood. Me and my boyfriend are so excited about each other. I jump in my seat with fireworks all over me, just thinking about him. Even as we talk on the phone I get so damn hot.
Otherwise please try being spontaneous ONLY IF you get privacy. There has to be a way for you get an #$@^ or even watch porn. Some people suggest that may help....however do not give up on yourself.
