You need to see a doctor. You could have a bacterial infection, an STD or a Urinary tract infection. Any of these things can happen with new partners. Please see your doctor as soon as you are able, you may need antibiotics and they will be able to help you with birth control and other questions as well.
Be careful, You can be infected, Please you BOTH see a doctor or tell your parents, they know what to do.
This sounds like an STD infection. It could also be herpes. Chicks take care please. Sex is for adults. It's possible you need supervision and a long medical treatment.

I am on brith control thought and we can't go to the doc cause of family's don't want us dating we been dating for a while and his mom don't know he lost his and my family knows I lost mine last year but they think I stop having sex that's the prob
