I thibk many people on this thread are addressing the wrong problem. It's not insecurity, nor fear that is causing the frustration, but the physical pain and uncomfort due to the oversized labia. I have had an incredibly oversized labia only my left side since puberty, approximately 4 to 5x my other (not even joking). I would never reduce someone else's discomfort and pain to their sex life, especially as a teen. I'd talk with your gynoxlogist and see if you can get a labiaplasty surgery covered under insurance.
I'm 13 years old and I also hate it. It rubs on my pants and really bothers me. One of mine is so tiny I can barely hold it and the other stretches all the way out and has little rinkly bumps on it. Does anyone know if it gets bigger ?

Oh thanks god I thought I was a freak.. I knew that my labia is big as during shower I can feel it.. yet yesterday for the first time I saw the left one hangs out and is way longer than the right one.. Totally freaked out and I tucked it in and cried for like half hour during the shower as I thought it's abnormal and disgusting.. never told my parents and I'm so ashamed of it, I'm 17 and I'm quite worried now.. should I tell my mum and go for a surgery? Cuz it causes some discomfort as well

mine is MAJOURLY different, it makes me feel so insecure and while i want to just accept myself i feel like i cant, one side is all stretched a wrinkly and the other is small and fine, it gets so uncomftorable and it sticks out n everything, its a massive difference between them and i hate it, it makes me feel disgusting.
