I'm actually 15, I started masturbating since 12 or 13? and i haven't hit puberty since, i still don't have armpit hair, pubics, my penis is small, i don't have leg hairs, not even a deep voice, through calls people thought i was a girl so uh... dont be like me do not masturbate until you feel to not forced to.

No it is not true as I knew a guy who used to masturbate when he was 11 and he started puberty when he was in the end of year 9 and was turning 15 so it is a lie. It is by genetics
