I am 24 and I had protected sex 2 days ago, the day after I woke up I noticed a mild burning sensation in my urethra tip and a very very slight clear discharge and the urethra opening seems a tad sensitive like it rubbed wrong on the condom or to my clothing. It does not burn at all when I urinate but it does pretty much constantly burn otherwise. The discharge has continued to today, but it is not always there. The burn however, is. I have been trying to drink a ton of water to see if something just irritated it, but it has not done anything so far. What could it be?

See your doctor. They'll likely take a sample of the discharge. You may have an STD, possibly from your encounter 2 days ago but possibly from earlier.

After I went to the clinc, I got an STI test which was negative for Chla/Gon and HIV and syphillis. I was put on doxycycline for a week. I am coming up to my last day of medication tomorrow. The discharge has completely disappeared starting about 2-3 days ago. I also went to a urologist and was prescribed uribel to help with the mild burn. I have only taken one day of uribel so far and now I am experiencing other issues that I thought I would toss out here. Until I started the uribel yesterday I did not notice anything like this. I feel like my scrotum is damp or cold or like I put icyhot on it. It doesn't hurt, it is just a very strong cooling feeling. And I also experiencing this sensation in my anus. Is this something new? Something to do with the uribel? Or something I need to be concerned with? Cause I did not feel this way prior to taking it.

hello there sir. I am really worried about my intimate health and I really don't know what to do about this. I came back from the Saturday night clubbing and I went to the toilet. I notice penis discharge that is yellowish and the tip of my penis hurts me occasionally. When I woke up, I went to urinate, and the pain was still there - worse than last night and it was sharp. I never had problems with this before, I always use condoms when I am having sex, so I really don't know what now I should do about this whole situation....
