What is a "spermicide cell"? I didn't know we had cells that were designed to kill sperm. If we do I would think losing them would be a good thing.
I assume the intense pain is caused my whacking your balls with your fist so much while they're trying to "shrink" away from the beating.
Actually we did have one guy who died from masturbating in my town. It was about 30 years ago when the police found him hanging in his attic and they ruled it a suicide. At that time there was a talked about method of having sex or masturbating that involved choking so that you would orgasm just before passing out from the choking.
