i have had sex twice unprotected and both times my foreskin and head were inflamed with smegma under the foreskin. the first time i went to the doctor he said it was thrush. i did not clean myself after each time, is this why i get this infection and/or smegma?
It happens. Uncircumcised males need to keep it clean and dry down there.
