This is EXACTLY what is happening with my daughter, age 6, slim and healthy. Can't imagine it to be early puberty as I started very late. She has a small, hard 'pea' bump in her left nipple that hurts and it moves a bit when touched. Looking on here before i can get her to the dr tomorrow. I had first assumed maybe she bumped into something, but feeling the bump is scaring me. Did you get any answers from your military Dr?
My daughter is 11, turning 12, and she says her nipples change textures!? Is this normal? Thank you. Worried mother.
What causes a 5 year old boy to have sore & pimply nipples?
I have 2 young boys, ages 5 and 9, that complain of a sore left nipple that is reddened. It usually does not last long, normally noticed in warm shower or bath. Is this hormonal, or genetic?

My 8 year old son is complaining of sore nipples and Easter is tomorrow. He is fine, no fever, no rash nothing but super sensitive nipples. They are red. Does anyone know what it is?
