i had the same issue. before you begin to ejaculate, pull the skin back and it will be normal. ...
Try cutting down. The reason is, there just isn't enough sperm to shoot out. Try building up orgasms, and stopping like 10 times. Watch your shirt though.

If your friends F. skin bled its probably bc he was never taught to clean it properly...!! It should be being pulled back gently for daily cleansing. And that may very well be the reason why your ejackulate seems to be 'dribbling out'. Try sliding it back gently in the shower, cleans with warm water and a mild soap.
I think you may find a pleasnt difference.
