so i get acne around my private parts. its not really a big deal or that bad. it normally just happens after i trim or shave or something. but the other day i got one that really hurt. i tried getting rid of it. but it didnt pop. now its kind of big and purple. like its full of blood or something. i cant pop it. i think the only way to is if i stick it with a needle. but i dont know if thats ok to do. its kind of worrying me. anyone know what i can do?
it sounds to me that it is not acne, they are razor bumps, i get heat rashes from trimming too, now the big one might just be an ingrown hair, i would use a sterile needle if your going to pop it
