Please write me back. I have sebborah of the scalp. I scratch all day i can not stop. I had to shave alot of my hair off. It has been OCD with this situation.I have been drinking and need help with that. I was sober for 10 years, and than came the scalp problem and the OCD with scratching. I need advice
I started off really bad, with scratching my scalp until i saw bleeding and then stopped, it was too satisfying seeing all the flakes of dandruff. I did get some bullying happen in class because of this, after a long time, i found that i was more addicted to the noise and visuals of scratching hair rather than the feeling. after looking stuff up im now addicted to watching scalp scratching videos on youtube. which i guess is healthier than tearing up my own scalp. im not sure if i can help, just saying maybe you are addicted to visuals rather than the feeling.
