Day 12 of the 24 day challenge I broke out in hives on my chest and neck at first. It's spread to my back, arms, and stomach now. I'm not allergic to anything and never have been so this is very odd. I've looked online a bit and some have said the mns 3 has sulfite in it that some people have a reaction to?? Is this a common complaint you've heard from people???

I have been on the 24 day challange and I'm on day five and have noticed a recent rash on my lower back its warm and itchy. I wonder if it's the same

The website actually has all the ingredients listed. I'm a registered nurse and they are safe. I have used them for 13 years! All you have to do is click the tab in each product listing that says "details" and all the ingredients are there.

My husband and I have taken AdvoCare supliments for three years we started on a challenge for 24 days we did great on the challenge he lost 14 lbs and I lost 12lbs. After taking Advocare for 6 mo my husband told me he felt better than he had in a couple of years. He said he thought he wasn't going to make it to retirement. Now I can't keep up with him. And yes if you go to the AdvoCare site just click on any product and there is all the info about that product. TRY IT.

Hi.. I started taking the advocare product. At day 18 I decided to stop advocare I have a reaction in the skin. I did my research and it happened to a lot pf people too! Because of the extra dosis of RDA Niancin in their products which is toxics! Now I have to see my doctor because is all over my body!

I got a severe rash too!! The high levels of niacin in advocare cause it and can be toxic!! I won't use it again!!

i've been taking Advocare for 6 months. My blood pressure has gone up and glucose too! Warning, warning!!!! Alot of the products have Sucralose, fructose and many things your body does not need!!! Needless to say , I'm returning my products. Just eat healthy and excercise!!!!

i love advocare products. the probiotics are the best probiotics. I can't live without spark it helps me with my headaches, fatigue, and provides energy. the 24 day challenge does help you lose weight I try and do it once or twice a year. I haven't tried all the products but I do know the one I have tried work amazing.
