Advocare is a product of caffeine, sugars, soy, and herbs. Don't call it a ponzu scheme if you like. It ruins people's lives financially and families relationships.
Well I will say this...The products they have are pretty much the same products used when doing JJ smith clean smoothie challenge...look it up...eating clean...cutting bread...sweets and so forth...so is the bariatric better...I like this as much as JJ...they both teach healty eating and exercise

I agree! I see natural doctors after the medical world failed me. I was in a wheelchair for a long time. Very long story but my natural doctor and my chiropractor both agree that Advocare and most companies like them are completely full of chemicals and people really notice the side effects after quitting the products.

Yes and along with the unflavored fiber, too. I had to stop the cleanse, my digestive tract was definitely clean enough.
That's cool and all but I just took spark and the meal replacement shake and a couple hours later I had awful diarrhea for two days and my stomach hurt so bad I thought I needed the hospital and I only had advocare products that morning so I looked it up and that seemed to happen to so many other people why is that ?
What exactly are you taking?
What products do you use? I ordered catalyst , thermo, and meal replacement shakes as well as spark... is this a good combo??
