Typically when i have a boyfriend, i take it slow, go out a few night of the week, just enjoy life at a 20 year olds view. well recently, my new boyfriend has been living with me, don't get me wrong, we have been friends since my freshman year of highschool and i don't really have a problem with it. however, he has an addiction to pills. and he doesn't have a job, and i feel like i have lost more friends in the past three months than i have my whole life...but there is one thing, his one year old that i love to death. i also feel like he is trying to get me preg so i don't leave him....help....

This is not your problem, it's his. Who is paying the bills in your house....you? Who has custody of the baby...him? I know you say that your crazy about his baby, but this baby is not yours. Do not allow him to get you pregnant either, you'll be sorry for sure. If your on birthcontrol, stay on it, if your not, then get on it. Your life would be worse than ever if you ended up getting pregnant right now with him.

You sound like you care about him but are you in love with him, that makes a hugh difference. If you care as a friend, then suggest that he gets some help. If you care about him as a lover and in a relationship, you demand that he gets some help, with you beside him.

Who pays for his addiction, you?
