i just turned 13 and my penis is about 11-12.5 i get erected in school sometimes and its embarrassing is there a way to make it smaller i wish mine was smaller

mine is 3" normal and im 5 1/4 erect, im in 8th grade and i think average is 5.5 so if this helps XD

i just had a penis surgery so it comes out when erectted i am young but dont know how much of the penis is supposed to come out somone able to tell me so i know if i need surgery again
