You need strong will power and lots of meditation if you want to overcome this problem. The problem is that the body likes the substances produced when you have sex and becomes addicted to it so the best way to solve your problem is to reset your brain each time your body wants sex .

To reset your brain you need to install a "firewall" or "antivirus". Your brain is like a computer , someone installed a virus and your computer slow downs or stops working like it should. At first, you don't know what your computer has but when you install an antivirus , the antivirus shows an alert as soon as it detects a virus.

NOW, you know that you have a problem and you know what exactly is your problem(this is the first step!)It means that you just installed the antivirus. Next, you have to learn how to use your antivirus, so the next time you want to wack off , I'm sure you will hear an inner voice coming from deep inside your mind telling you to stop , telling you that what you are going to do is bad for your health.
This is the crucial time when you have to choose what to do, the antivirus tells you that it detected a virus and it gives you 3 options. 1)Remove and delete the virus. 2) Move it to the quarantine 3)Ignore the virus(problem).

Unfortunately, you cannot just delete your problem in the real life. So that leaves you with 2 options . People with really strong will power will easily choose to move it to the quarantine and each time they get another similar virus(another desire, temptation) , they will always move it to the quarantine which is the right thing to do. But, people with low will power will find it hard to choose the right thing.
So here is where the method to reset your brain becomes really important. As soon as you get the urge to wack off you have reset your brain by doing something else that will change the state of mind of your brain .

If you like some kind of music that makes you feel strong, proud, cool, awesome, happy (all sort of positive feelings), listen to that music and focus on it. This will reset your brain because positive feelings are associated with it. You can also watch inspirational, heroic videos, or any music videos that gives you that kind of awesome feeling. If you are into romanticism or love , you can also watch music videos or listen to music that makes you feel that you love your girl( or that she loves you) as long as this does not sexually stimulate you. You have to try and see what it works, but you have to choose songs or videos that creates strong positive feelings inside you.

After you get good using this method and it starts working fine because it does for most people, you will find yourself in situations where you cannot listen to music or there is no mp3 or screen around. You have to think about that song or video inside your mind , you have to focus and all those positive feelings that got built up inside you will come again.

With time your body will adapt and it will stop asking you for sex that often but we are all humans and that urge is natural and will come again so you will have to deal with it. At least it won't be as hard as the beginning.

Hi! m addicted to masturbation addicted means many a times in a day...now i come down to 2 times in a day...beleive me the side effects are memory loss..dangerous of all..hair fall...eye problem..get tired easily..eyes irritation n a unique one u wil feel pain at penis when there is a gas problem in stomach.very painful.. n voice tone..more hair on ur body..ur health..gets throat infections easily thos i discovered after 5 years of masterbuation

Hi, in response to this post, i for a long time didn't think there was anything wrong with masturbation, nor do i think there is anything wrong with it today, that is from a moral perspective, in certain regards. however, from a biological/brain chemistry perspective, i have discovered that there is something very unsettling about orgasm in general. Studies have been conducted with the use of MRI's that show that the brain of a person in a post orgasmic state is highly comparable to that of a hard core drug user -heroine for instance-. the act of orgasm as well as using other stimulants all affect the primitive part of the brain(i believe its called the limbic brain), and more specifically affect dopamine levels. usually, there is a sense of euphoria during the act, and maybe a couple of minutes after wards, which pertains to unnaturally high levels of dopamine secreted, but then the dopamine levels drop abruptly and extremely below the normal base line and this is what produces the bad after affect. I dont want to right a book, but all i can say, is that masturbation - or orgasm- more imparticularly has affected me in very adverse ways - ranging from emotional instability, to lack of motivation and concentration, and i also believe it is the reason why i have done so poorly in college. i have decided to give up masturbation with orgasm once and for all, and when i find a partner, possibly orgasm once and for all as well - maybe accept in rare occasions. Avoid pork, red beef and milk to reduce urge for masturbation, wear loose cotton undergarments. If you have white meat have it only thrice a week only once a day.

to overcome to masturbating side effect (specially your joints problem) at first you must stop masturbating (you should'nt do it more than one or two times a week) and you must drink at least 4 glasses of milk per a day.

hi, i got the same problem. my knees and sometimes ankle started to feel very weak. the knees and ankle often made popping noises everytime even when im not doing exercises. i can't stand for a long time. my legs started to feel tired after a few minutes. this annoys me everytime. what should i do to make my legs strong again? please somebodyy helpp me!!

I have the same symptoms when I j/o a lot, like 1-2 times a day. I will get bad knee pain, backaches, fatigue. When I don't do it for three or more days I feel improvements, especially more energy. I do believe all these symptoms are directly related.

I would like to know why does j/o and shooting feel so much better while high on weed?

yeh i been doing it since i was 11 now im 15 im still doing it lol my knees are fine but i think there 1 side effect it makes your peins smaller thats only wen you do it 5 times but if u dont do it for a week it grows to is original size so yeh dont worry

you have zero stamina sonny. u just have to quit doin it so frequently. recommended masturbation frequency? once a fortnight. i'm 27 now and used to do it at least once a day from 11 to about 18 when i think i must have somehow shared the same kind of physical personality as you. i read some science on this topic and concluded for myself that the recommended number is once a fortnight or once a week. in fact, the longer u go without, the better. u stay full of energy. thank u all for so much information about the problems caused by masturbation, I m facing the same problems.. I have stopped masturbating 5 months ago, but still don't have energy to stand for more than 15 20 mins.. Now my heals started paining. I also feel little burning sort of thing on heals along with the pain. The point is what is solution other than going to doctor or avoiding masturbation. like others I m also having pain on my knees.
