RESOLVED--------First off, I am not a doctor. If you are experiencing any type of severe pain in your testicle/scrotum region, go see your doctor. This is merely how I got over the pain.A little history. I started feeling dull pain, but not horrible pain in my left testicle. I had not been sexually active in a couple of weeks, but I was chatting up a new woman. Conversations were erotic which caused erections, but we had not had sex. So, I thought this was a symptom of "blue balls". So the dull pain continued, and in fact my left testicle started to have slight swelling. This lasted about a week, and finally I was able to release with my new friend. This did NOT resolve the issue.
My Resolve: This may come across funny, but I have been pain free ever since. The next night I was in the convenience of my home, and felt the need to release gas (flatulence/fart- however you want to phrase it). I felt increased pressure on my left testicle due to the gas. I "gently" and I stress "gently" massaged my scrotum as I released the gas. I began to feel a tingle around my left testicle that lasted about 5 to 7 minutes. Afterwards the dull pain and pressure was 90% gone. There was only slight pain if I poked the testicle. The next morning I checked and there was no pain. It is now going on 3 weeks and I have been pain free.Again, I am not a doctor, but this worked for me. If you deem you have a severe case please see a doctor. If you have been experiencing this dull case it can't hurt to try it. I hope this information can help someone.

Its probably a spermatocele. A fluid filled sac on the top of the testicle. Sensitively painful. I think its what I have. They can be removed well with microscopic surgery.

Also, Hurts to masterbate. Right at climax everything locks up with no orgasm, the pain on the testical increases and sperm oozes instead of shooting out. I must have a valve problem and a spermatocele or something. The thought of surgery scares me but something down there definately wants to get fixed. Thinking if i can find courage to get it checked out for surgery. It would be bad to find out if they couldnt find anything wrong, therefore no procedure and I will live like this for the rest of my life.

Trigger points in the abdominal wall (obliques) or hip muscle (psoas) can often result in pain in the testicle, look for pelvic rehab physical therapists who treat men (often advertised as Women's Health Physical Therapists).

It's common for athletes to get trigger points and/ or nerve tension (look up anatomy of psoas muscle, ilioinguinal, hypogastric and genitofemoral nerves and the path they take), also restrictions in your thoracolumbar junction (where most of those nerves come and go from). Look for a physical therapist who specializes in Women's Health and treats men as well, or Pelvic Rehab. If you don't get relief in 2-3 treatments start looking for someone else. On occasion you will need to have the testicle checked directly (when you tighten your stomach and your testicles raise/ lower the muscle, cord or passage is restricted).
