Big Bulgy Fordyce Spot on Scrotum ?

im 15 as well and ive had the problem since i was 13 im really enbaressed and i dont know what to do and how to tell my parents or my doctor... help me pleaseee?? :$

I'm 26 years old I've had it since I went through puberty around 12-13ish if I remember right, they spread over the years but quit spreading years ago i have around 50 total only on the sides of my scrotum some are big some are small some pop some dont, i've been diagnosed with fordyce's spots by 10+ different dr's they say they are genetic and are just a part of your body, there's no cure you can get them lazered off but they say they dont recommend it.. basically it's part of your body and you'll just have to learn to deal with it , I know it can be embarrassing but it's not harmful it's not a disease and it's not contagious or anything it's basically like calcium deposits. ( i have a few small white pimple like bumps on my face under my eye that are calcium deposits and it's the exact same thing as that ) if you pop them they will not go away so dont bother it will only make it worse. i've been on probably 8 different kinds of acne type and anitbiotic meds and nothing took it away so just learn to love them and not be ashamed of them and you'll be fine, if your worried about your partner seeing them then explain to them what they are and they're not contagious and it's just something lots of guys get when they go through puberty, it's something to do with hair folicles also.. and i just found out at the dr yesterday it is hereditary so ask your bro or dad or uncle any other males in your family if they have them that could be how you got them..

So I had always had little white dots on my scrotum and never thought anything of them. About a year ago I had one that instead of going away just kept getting bigger. Fast forward to today and it was annoyingly big. After reading this thread, I decided to take a kitchen knife and cut the stupid thing open. It actually didn't hurt at all. Not only did it not hurt, but there was really no bleeding. I squeezed the stuff out and it was over. The inside was a very spongy almost solid substance. It could really pass for foam if you didn't know what it was. Point being, thanks for the advice.

easy way to get rid of those is to wax your balls and squeeze the puss out the hair follicle  

I've had this problem, im a little relieved to find out im not in a minority and a few people are also having the same issue as me.

I'm 13 i just notices these a few days ago on my balls leading up to the bottom of my penis. i googled image Fordyce's spots and thats what i had. I heard its perfectly normal. But it does itch sometimes. And i do masturbate sometimes.

I just tried using Coconut Oil and it seems to have reduced the size of the Fordyce spots. In just a few days, the spots decreased in size and lay flatter on the skin surface. Simply coat the skin with a little Coconut oil a few times a day and hopefully you'll get similar results.
Coconut oil is available in just about any supermarket. I hope you have similar results.

I'm 20 and have this problem for about 3 years already... One of the spots has grown kinda big (5mm in diameter) soI'm going to see my dermathologist today... wish me luck :-) As far as I can say, these spots are harmless but with one that big, you might have other problems (girls might notice) I'm sorry for my bad English, but I hope you understoo what I wanted to say

I messed with a couple of mine a year or two back and the got bigger. Then yesterday I took a sharp pair of tweasors and pricked my skin open enough to squeeze the entire puss/cheese sack out. It was painful but not overwhelming. My home surgery went very well with no after effects whatsoever. I plan on doing the other ugly one very soon.

If they are that big they are not Fordyce spots as they are pin head size.
