This is typicall for people who aren't used to high protein diets and used to a large amount of protein at once, this is also common with eggs. I experience this for a little while every time I go back on protein powder
You can try 310 nutrition they gave vegan shakes and that might help you out
I am 43 years old, I had ulcerative cloths when I was 22 remover 90% of my large intestines. Reconstructive bowels to be able to remove the ileostomy bag. Been working out and experienced the same with whey protein. Sucks, this site has helped me. Afraid I will have to stop as the shakes are not solid form.
Thanks for the tip, will look into

I only use plain unflavored powders. I was having a similar reaction to sucralose.
Hi I am using the Turbo Shakes from Nuti System . I had bad diarrhea it was. Awful but they are delicious. Is this normal? It does get rid the belly bloat. Please let me know thank you.
I just started lifting a couple weeks ago and have been drinking a plant based protein shake for a couple years just as a meal replacement with no issues what so ever. The past 2 weeks I've been drinking multiple plant based shakes a day as well as mixing in one whey shake every few days that my workout partner gives me when I lift, and I've had awful gas and occasional diarrhea. The past two days I purchased my own whey and have been having one or two shakes and noticed bloody stool today. I seems that an allergic reaction to the whey will definitely cause that along with the diarrhea and gas I've been having.
I think I'm going to stick to the plant based protein from now on to see if that gets things back to normal.

What are your results
I got mushy, somewhat large prolific stools that lasted all morning and stomach discomfort after drinking PREMIER PROTEIN drink. Could that have caused it.

Everytime I use powered protein I have blood in my stool. It's been a couple of years, I'm trying pea protein now.
I know this post was from awhile ago but I just wanted to thank you...my boyfriend is taking the exact same Wheybolic extreme 60 power and is experiencing the same symptoms!!! About 3 months ago he was in the hospital for 5 days w/ the bloody watery stool, the doctors couldn't find anything and it never occurred to him it could be the protein drink. It wasn't until he started taking it again a few days ago that he realized right b4 he was hospitalized he was taking the protein drink which then prompted us to look on the internet to see if anybody else was having this problem ...so it's definitely happening from that!!! Thank you again for your post!!!
oh and forgot to mention my boyfriend's potassium level was also low!!!
I experience the same thing maybe try taking a lactose pill You could buy them st the store.
