I'm 19 a uk size 8-10, 167cm weigh 58kg and wear a 28-30 G-GG (sizes obv vary due to style etc). My boobs repulse me and when i went to a plastic surgeon consult the nurse commented on how tiny my frame is for THAT size breasts. Then she asked me to stand in front of a mirror topless and i burst into tears as i never ever look at myself in the mirror without clothes on. They are so heavy and i have constant back and neck pain. I can't wear any clothes that fit properly as it will fit perfectly up to my boobs and then there no chance of anything fitting. I've lost all the weight i possibly can without being anorexic and it has done nada. I'm getting a reduction privately (my parents have agreed to pay for it). But if you're going through insurance i think you need a doctors referral to a physio therapist for back pain (physio does not help or at least not for me). Then they need to see documents that the physio has concluded you can't be helped by physio and they refer you to a surgeon.
I'd recommend paying for it to be done privately if you can, because then you have the luxury of choosing the best surgeon, it's a big thing and worth investing!!

I'm 20 yrs old too and am 5'7'' and cup size 34F. Im getting breast reduction surgery this summer but have yet to choose a size. I am thinking 34 C or 34 D.

Hi! My surgery went well and I am so happy I did it. It was the best decision I ever made. My breasts haven't grown. I am a large B / Small C. I've been working out (which I couldn't do before because of the weight of my breasts) and I'm in awesome shape. My self confidence went up. My recovery was a few months. I was off work for a month and then for another two weeks I couldn't lift my arms over my head. I still have some weird things happen (twinges, itchiness, etc) but it's the same with every other invasive surgery. I don't like underwire, it feel funny on the scars but thankfully I don't need underwire. All in all, if you can get insurance to cover it, I would suggest it. I'm lucky because in Canada (I'm guessing you are in the States?) healthcare covered it as a necessary surgery (cause of my back problems developing). Anyway, good luck to your daughter! It's worth it trust me!
My sympathy to these women because I was an early developer myself at age 9 and already a 38 size at 9 and 42 by the time I was 12.
I was already a 48 size bust in my teens or since I was 12 so I understand. I have to have a special made bra to fit me and have had to since I was 12.
Of curiosity. Are you the one that my friends or so called friends and associates confuse me with? My tits are the first thing everybody comments about. L.O.L. Somebody my associates mistake me for said something about her former in laws including former mother in law tease her for being more bosomy than them. I have to laugh. It delights me to see somebody with the same first name as mine being in this situation. I told them I never got married because I was worried I would have the same relationship with the in laws that the one I get confused with had with her in laws. L.O.L.
I agree with you. Big breasts are a problem. More of a disadvantage than an advantage. I sympatize with the ones who complain about having over size breasts because I was an early breast developer myself having to already wear a 38 size bra at the age of 9. Worse yet, older and more petite women teasing us for having larger breasts than them.
Hi, I'm 13 and I have 14 E breast size. I weigh 65kgs and am 5"2. I want to know if there is anything I can do to make my boobs smaller or a procedure I can have to make them smaller?
A question for you Cathie. Are you the one who says you sympathize with us women for growing our busts at early ages and for being overly large? Or are you the one who teases us and wants us to have such large breasts? One Cathy says she sympathizes with us but is glad to see it happen anyway. Another Cathy who complains she doesn't like large still says she wants us to be larger in the breast size than her and calls us Tits. I was an early developer at the age of 8 and developed up to a size 46 at the age of 11. I currently wear a 48jj size bra and believe me, it is not fun or easy.
I had the same problem in my teens and I envied girls who are more petite than me. But I was already wearing a 34 size when I was only 8nyears old and went up to a size 48 in my teens.

You also envied your classmates for being flat chested when you were already wearing a bra in 4th grade just like I was already wearing a bra in 3rd. I was also the first in my class to have to wear a bra and I envied the rest of the older girls at School because they were still flat chested. You said you had the same situation if i remember right. Just be glad you don't have big tits like I do Tits.

I got a reduction in my 20s to get them below what I started out with; 38 sizes and went up to a 44 size in 2 years. Unfortunately, my tits grew back to what they originally were when I was age 8; Back to size 38 and went back up to over 40 size again.

I've had older women who are more petite than me tease me for having bigger tits than them, telling me they're glad they don't have big tits like I do and at the same time telling me they're glad that I have bigger tits than they do. They even ask their boyfriends to feel me out and they take turns body hugging me telling me that it feels good. My tits that is. They're always asking me if I'm the same tits whose mother-in-law told me she's glad I have bigger tits than her. I told them I was never married because I was concerned that I would have the relationship with the in-laws that the tits I get mistaken for had with her in-laws. I HAVE TO LAUGH! It's so delightful to see somebody with the same first name as mine in the same or similar situation. Or in our case TITUATION. GET IT TITS? TITS! TITUATION. LOL TITS.
